The practice commenced in 1993.
The principal, Roy Lowe, has been practising in NSW since 1987 and became a chartered architect in Australia in 1990.
Prior to this, Roy was a practising registered architect in New Zealand.

  • We provide our clients full architectural services which encompass the following:

  • Lodgement of Development Application and Construction Certificate with Council
  • This includes:
  • client briefings
  • investigation of development controls
  • preparation of schematic design illustrated by preliminary sketch drawings and developed design, including developed sketch drawings
  • advice on developed designs of engineering and other specialist services
  • preparation of formal Development Application submissions.

  • Preparation of construction documents for calling tenders (Contract Documentation Stage)

  • includes preparation of documents sufficient for calling of tenders
  • including as appropriate co-ordination and integration of consultants' work.


  • Contract administration during construction phase and defects liability period (Contract Administration Stage)

  • a. Calling and reporting on tenders
  • Calling of tenders in conjunction with or on behalf of the client and answering tenders queries

  • Analysis and advice in respect of tenders received
  • Negotiation, preparation of documents and arrangements for execution of contract.


  • b. Administering the contract
  • Administration of the contract and inspection of the works
  • Supplying information, checking claims and issuing certificates
  • Negotiating variations and cost adjustments and
  • Dealing with claims for extension of time and other matters included in the building contract.
